I had my FB account hacked and another was created. I was able to recover my original account on my MacBook Pro but the hacked one appears on my iPhone.

Thanks for the info. Dealing with FB is like dealing with a myth.....never get any responses except by their pages which do not always work. I will try deleting the app because the only account that comes up on my phone is the newly established one that is NOT mine.
I'm sorry you are experiencing a problem with Facebook, hence why I do not use their app, and only get in through a browser and only once a month or so. Unfortunately, they design the app and they are the only ones that can handle your account info.
You can delete the app on the phone, but anything else about Facebook needs to be directed to them.
