Family member can’t use Apple Music

I’m from the Philippines and my friend in Canada can’t use his Apple Music. He’s already a member of my family subscription. However, when he’s trying to browse for music, the Apple Music is charging him to subsrcibe for a plan. We’ve tried multiple attempts but to no success. I do not see articles that tells any restrictions for inter Country. Can someone please advise and share some help? Thank you. 🙂

Family subscriptions only work when all members are set to the same App Store region. Since your friend is in a different region, he’ll need his own individual subscription.
