How do I get my CD imports to show up on my other devices?

I have a MacBook Pro (OS Big Sur) & I have all my music on my computer itunes (Music) account. My music is part iTunes bought and partly imported from CDs. But all the CD music aren't showing up on my other devices (iPhones, iPad, or Apple TV). Can you tell me how I can get all my music to show up on my other devices especially my iPhone?

You must sync each device to the music library on your Mac→Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
