I have a balance from an Apple Gift card sitting in my account but how do I apply it to my Apple TV subscription payment?

The store credit is automatically used first when allowed; it can't be spent on gifts, donations, or purchases from a different account in a Family Sharing group. If you find that it's not when it should be, click here and ask.
