You Can't.

Once it is created, it is what it is. So, your only option from here is to use an alias. See Here: Add and Manage eMail Aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

You can't. You must use an alias, as I mentioned in my above reply. It would show up differently, but would still be the same Apple Account. 5 is the maximum number of aliases you can assign to a single Apple Account. So, that is what you would do.
