Hi all. I’m trying to log into my old iCloud with my old AppleID but I forgot the password (of course lol) but I’m struggling to do that as I’m logged into my phone with my new AppleID. I’m a bit scared to completely sign out of the AppleID I have now, is there any way I can reset my password for the old account without having to sign out of this one? Thanks in advance.
If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

When I click on Forgot Password, it sends me a code via SMS but no prompts on what to do with the code or an email to reset the password.
