My AirPods won’t show up in Bluetooth.

After this latest update I had to forget the device to try and fix it and now my phone won’t even recognize them. The case is flashing white but my phone doesn’t pick it up anymore. I’ve done everything to try and reset it and my phone too. But nothing.
