iPhone SE (2nd gen) battery life reduced after iOS 15.3.1 update

I recently updated my iPhone SE to iOS 15.3.1 and have noticed a significant reduction in the phones battery life. The phone is approximately six months old and with normal use (normal for me) the battery would last the majority of the day. Generally in the evening it would be down near 50%, if I had not charged during the day, and I always leave it to charge overnight (the battery optimization is on.) But after the update, that life has been reduced by about one third. Generally by mid day (noon-2pm) now it is below 50% and I have not changed how I use the phone; I am not using it any more or any less. This began directly after I updated the phone.

As I know sometimes with updates, there may be errors in the install, so I restored the phone the next week to see if that would correct it, but it did not help battery life. I have updated all the apps that are available for update to ensure there is no software conflicts. I have read the threads about how to extend battery life on the phone and made what changes I could; I have as many background functions shut off that I do not need/regularly use to extend the life, but I have always done that one the phone. Again this issue did not begin until after I updated the iOS.

Are there others SE users with this issue and is there any resolution for this is?

Thank you for the feedback, I reviewed all of those links prior to posting. I made sure to check the forum for the issue and any resolution before I posted, but unfortunately wasn't able to find anything past those links. As I noted, I had no issues prior to the update. Additionally the phone is relatively new, so the battery itself shouldn't be the issue (says its at 96% capacity.) Thanks again.
