I'm using iPhone x recently display broken I fixed the screen since then live wallpaper on the lock screen is not working and even hey Siri to not working gone with some youtube videos i tried hard reset , and restore the phone using iTunes on pc my
problem is not resolving

If Siri doesn't respond when you say "Hey Siri," here are a few things to check.
Check if "Hey Siri" is on
Set up "Hey Siri" to help Siri recognize your voice
If Siri still isn't responding
By default, Siri won't respond when your device is face down or covered unless you go to Settings > Accessibility > Siri and turn on Always Listen for "Hey Siri."

If you replaced the display yourself, there could be a number of reasons for that.
You should visit an Authorised Apple Service Provider an ask them to check the iPhone.
However, since you did the repair on your device, they might refuse to service your phone, and you'll have to look for a 3rd party repair shop.
dude i tryed all this thing like everything even tho it not working
ok yeh I took 3rd party repair shop ok if live wallpaper is not working,........ what about hey Siri when we enable it it asked to 5 things it does not take input, I thought maybe mic problem then I opened voice recorder it taking my voice input perfectly
Did you already try to set your phone back to factory settings, without using the backup and try to set up Siri afterwards?
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Take it back to the shop that did the work and tell them to fix it.
