Pop Up Phishing message

I Visited a site and it was called tumor and it said that my phone was hacked and everything was being tracked but my safety apps and things said that there was no hack. Am I safe?

What safety apps? If it is a website, it’s probably lying to scare you into giving them money. Depending on what malware protectors you have, I would trust your malware detectors.
