I used to use my professional iPhone with an id and now i’m using it for personnal matters. I guess i identified with two different Id so no at each update i am asked to enter my password Linked to my old professional id with an adress i dont have access to. What should I do to remote this id.

Try signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restart, and then sign back in. Check the updates to see if the apps requiring an update are in your Purchases History. If they aren't in your Purchases History, you can delete the app, and download it using your Apple ID if desired. If the apps are in your Purchases History, contact iTunes Support.
