The app that you are looking for is the Watch app. It is on your iPhone. The Watch app cannot be deleted from your iPhone and therefore it is still on your iPhone and probably in the App Library. The App Library is the last Home Screen on your iPhone when you continue to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it. Once you are in the App Library, then you can search and find the Watch app. Once found, then you can DRAG the app out of there and place it on your favorite spot of the Home Screeen n.

You can then open the app and synch your Apple Watch.

Actually, I am glad that you mentioned downloading from the App Store. This is because OP also named the “Phone Library” and I was not sure whether OP meant the App Library or just the overall iPhone app contents.

Yes, older iOS versions allowed deletion of the Watch app (I don’t remember which ones) however I assumed that OP used iOS 15 based on the profile.

Either way, we have OP covered with both options. OP should be in good place. Thanks.
