Yup. That is a scam. Apple does not partner with anyone to find lost devices and will never send an SMS claiming it has been found for any reason.
The only mechanism to find a lost iPhone that Apple offers is the Find My app.
Any messages you get claiming to have found your missing device are always scams.
As Phil0124 stated, the message is fake, it’s a scam. They are playing on your hopes of finding a lost device in order to try to steal personal information. Ignore it and delete it. When Apple officially contacts you they will use your name rather than “Dear Customer”.
