App Store and iTunes

“Account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes” this message keeps appearing every time I try to download or make a payment. I reset my password but still I have the same issue. How can I fix this?

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.
