Ask a friend or relative to use their computer.
Alternately, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.
You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions in the blue link above your name on this page. No you can't do it from another device.
You can only resolve this with a Mac or a PC, not with an iPad (or a Chromebook or any other type of computer).
