If How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support and If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed - Apple Support don't help and you cannot cancel using an internet browser as described in How to cancel Apple TV+ - Apple Support then see the following from the second link above:

If you still can't find the subscription and cancel it, contact Apple Support.
