Showing a total calorie count amount as soon as I start a workout

Started a workout this morning on my apple watch SE and as soon as the timer counted down to begin there were already 48 Total Calories showing...I hadn't even moved. I restarted the watch and tried again but it did the same thing. How do I fix this?

Apple Watch/move calorie counter losing calories Hi there it seems that when I work out the move counter will register how many calories I’ve burned in a workout, but then a few mins later it will suddenly “lose” 25-50% of the calories I’ve just burned, but still show them in the individual workouts. I’ve reset my watch (series 3) updated the software etc, only using apple move. Very frustrating. Any tips?

Apple Watch when ever I charge my watch after which I start a workout it never records calories I always have to restart the watch for it to 2 start counting also my total calories always starts with 20 or 41 calories please help
