MacBook Big Sur won’t let me sign in

Hi gang,

i factory resetted a 2019-2020 MacBook Air that runs on the Big Sur software. I cleaned out everything in recovery mode and redownloaded the Big Sur software after deleting it to clear it. I tried to log in using my password and it won’t let me in. I went into factory reset and reset all passwords but when I get to the making a computer profile part, it freezes and then says that it can’t make it right now. Yet later when I restart the notebook, it somehow has my account but the password keeps saying it’s wrong. What is going on and how do I fix this? I can provide pictures if y’all want them.
