I can’t pay using my rupay card
I can’t upgrade iCloud storage using my RUPAY card, it just keeps on asking to select and it keeps on going in a loop

A. Location Restrictions:
See if it is Available for use in your Location: Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
B Try Using a Computer:
Use a computer to perform this change, as it would be more user friendly doing so.
C. No Success?:
