How can I fix this?
Can you make and receive phone calls from your new iPhone 13 Pro?
If you can make and receive phone calls on your iPhone then try and reset network settings by opening Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset Network Settings: You will have to enter your Wi-Fi Network Password(s) again after this action has been completed.
If you cannot make and receive phone calls on your iPhone then you may not have an active cellular service SIM card installed in your new iPhone. Contact your carrier about activating your SIM card.
