Can't install macOS

I think I messed up big times!

I wanted to formate my Macbook, so I followed some tutorials where they mentioned to delete the Macintosh HD from the disk utility, but the installation didn't work so I restarted my laptop and got a flashing image of a folder with a question mark and the link : support.apple.com/mac/startup.. I tried to reset NVRAM but didn't work. I would still get the same screen.

I then tried to do the internet recovery and again followed some tutorials and deleted some other things and now I don't have a disk to install the macOS on and I can't make any partitions!

Please help!

I found a solution. I erased the "Apple SSD.." and renamed it "Macintosh HD" and it worked. I wrote the post out of panic and now I can't delete it.
