Can I use an adapter different from the original for my MacBook Pro?

My original Type C adopter and cable for Macbook Pro(13", 2019 series, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) had lost and I need to buy new one. But there are only 60Watt, 67 Watt and 85 Watt adopter available in my area and mine is 61Watt. So, would it be any damage to laptop if I use the adopter which is not the same as original adopter's Watt?

When I tried testing with same series macbook pro with 61Watt adopter, the input is 60 Watt. So, can I buy 60Watt adopter and use it or what watt adopter should I use?

Any of the three wattages will be fine. The 85 Watt is a little overpowered, but all that means is its excess capacity will be wasted.

The other two are too close to 61 Watts for the differences to matter.

When it comes to picking a new USB-C Power Adapter, as seen in About Mac power adapters:

If your Mac uses USB-C to charge, you can charge your Mac notebook with any USB-C power adapter or display. For the best charging experience, you should use the power adapter and cable included with your Mac notebook.

When it comes to the wattage, the 60 watt would work but your Mac will only draw up to 60 watts. If you use the 67 watt adapter, your Mac will be able to draw the full 61 watts of power.
