Managing Account Settings:
If you need to manage the account itself, then perform this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so. If you need to, manage it on the iPad (to use the account).

To manage email settings with the default email app, go to Settings > Mail. You can change settings there, like signature and message options.
