Can’t turn zoom off on iPhone 13 Pro

3rd time this has happened with a 2 month old phone. Zoom is on and I can’t turn zoom off or phone. Tried tap with 3 fingers

VRepesh ~ As you haven't mentioned already trying this, Apple's iPhone User Guide says: "If your iPhone isn’t working as expected, you can try restarting it...":
