Music changes lost after turning off my mac

Hello everyone,

I've had an issue for the past few months. When making any changes in my Music library, meaning adding a new song, changing the title, or listening to a song (which changes the number of plays), they sometimes (but not always) do not get saved when I turn back on my computer the next day.

The whole library is stored directly on my MacBook Air M1, I do not have an Apple Music account, and I sync the library with my iPhone 6.

I have seen a few topics on that subject, but most of them were related to an external storage of the songs.

Hope you can help!

Cheers,

Tristan
