iCloud + storage

Am using icloud+ 200GB as a supplement to my storage since it’s not enough but unfortunately my storage shows it’s full even when I click on manage storage why?

Internal storage is different than icloud storage, you can't add more internal memory, you will need to offload/delete data off your phone to gain back memory.
