If you didn't make the purchases, and you've verified that with Apple (support.apple.com/billing), you'll want to contact your card issuer as someone has your card account details.

Thanks! Yes, I understand, but it was Apple that had an old credit card that it was allowing to be charged. Once I found the appropriate person to talk to, I got it fixed.
