Since the last couple of iOS updates my mail app doesn’t work that well on my iPad Air. It will either take a few minutes to load or crash and throw me off. I’ve followed online advice by removing all email accounts stored on my iPad but it’s not getting any better, I also have a lot of memory so it can’t be due to that either. Does anyone have a solution please?

You might want to send feedback to those at Apple who are in a position to make changes.
They likely will not answer, unless they require more info. but if others have the same problem-situation,
it may be addressed in future updates.

I am having the same problem. Have already updated to 15.4.1. This has been going on about 4 weeks. Have deleted and reinstalled mail app. It eventually loads but after crashing a few times and it takes several minutes. If I follow a link in an email and then return to mail app, it’s even worse.
That’s exactly the same problem as me, sometimes it loads faster but others it takes a very long time. The only way I can think of resolving it, is resetting the iPad which I don’t really want to have to do.
I don’t check email on my iPhone that often, but I haven’t noticed a problem with it, either. Now I’m more inclined to think there might be a problem with the interface between AOL and Apple mail, but on which side?

I’m wondering if the problem is with Apple mail or with my AOL account which is the account that the majority of my mail comes to. I have no problem if I go directly to AOL to get mail.
It’s funny but I’m with AOL as well. However I don’t have this problem with my iPhone just the iPad.
