creating a playlist in itunes on my mac from music on itunes on another mac

How to create a playlist in itunes on my mac from songs on itunes on another mac ?

All the songs were not bought on the iTunes store.

Family sharing is activated for both macs.

I can play the songs on the other mac, but I cannot import them in a playlist on my Mac.

You can only make playlists from songs in your own library. With family sharing you may be able to download purchases made by other members of the family. You can potentially copy other file across a network or with a USB drive, but you'd need to consider whether such use was permissible.
