I would check with the Arizona State Health Department, since vaccinations have to be reported to them. I live in Illinois and that is how I was able to get mine, since the pharmacy where I got my shots reported that to the Illinois Department of Public Health and I was able to get my digital vaccine card that way.
We live in Green Valley, AZ retirement community. Apparently Santa Cruz Valley Regional Hospital is not using verifiable health. Any other way to get into Wallet?
