Cant find purchases on Apple tv
On my smart tv I installed the Apple TV app but I dont have the option to see my library?

There’s a difference between the Apple TV app and the Apple TV+ app. The latter doesn’t have a library, as it is for subscription content only.
In the Apple TV+ app, you’ll have access to the Apple TV+ streaming service, not other services.
In the Apple TV app (on other devices), you’ll have access to Apple TV+, iTunes Store movies, iTunes Store TV shows in select countries, and premium Apple TV app Channels.
