Automatically scrolling up

My iPhone XR keeps scrolling up when I am in any app’s and I do not know what to do! I have reset it and it has not worked I am about done! Can you please help me?

You may have tried everything listed below, however please review again:

1) Do you use a screen protector and/or a case with your iPhone? Remove the case and/or the screen protector and then see whether the issue still exists. NOTE that your screen protector may not be reused.

2) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

3) If none of the above works then your best bet is to have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution. You may have a failing display.
