Apple Watch SE not turning on after swimming

I went swimming today wearing my apple watch SE. It had been not very long before I saw the screen was black and not responding. I dried it and gently ran clean (not pool water) on top then dried it. I have tried turning it on using the crown and side button multiple times with no luck. I also tried charging it and trying again with still no luck. As well as using the side buttons while on the charger. How can I fix this. I haven’t had the watch for even a year yet.
