First update your iPhone iOS following Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Then check for a carrier update following Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Also continue with If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
