I've added a new card to my AppleID "Payment & Delivery" and the same card to Apple Pay.
When I go to settings - My Name - Payment & Delivery - click on the new card and click to Link this card to Apple Pay, it gives an error: Unable do Add Card; There was a problem adding this card. Try again.
But I've been trying for the last 5 hours.

Are you able to see or add your card when you log in to the Apple ID website? Payment methods for Apple Pay can be different than payment methods for your Apple ID account.
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
You might also note that you won't be able to use the same payment method on your Apple ID account if you have an unpaid balance.

the card works on Apple Pay. No problems there.
it doesn’t work on AppleID. (It fails any purchase from App Store) It was working fine until I bought a new phone and now this happens. I’ve called Apple. They said it was a problem with my bank. Called the bank, no problems there (specially because it works on ApplePay). Called Apple again, no one knows what to do 🤦🏼♀️
