I can't change my region because it says I am still in a billing cycle for AppleTV

I have moved to Portugal from South Africa and I am having difficulties accessing certain regional specific apps. I have tried to change my region but I keep getting an error message that I need to cancel my AppleTV subscription. But the subscription is already canceled but it says it's still in a billing cycle. I need to update my new card details because there will be no more money on the card that the account is linked to in South Africa.

You'll need to contact Apple support directly and have them terminate the active subscription. Click here: link-> contact Apple Support
