Cannot see my saved passwords

Unable to see saved passwords in settings anymore.

Settings > Your Name, Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases

Tap iCloud

See iCloud Keychain - If turned on, your passwords are stored across all devices which share the same Apple ID.

To access the Passwords, you go to Settings > Passwords
