Did you forget your Apple Id password or the passcode for your phone? When you have lost your phones passcode you can do the following:

If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support (IE)

When you have forgotten your apple id Password you can use Apple's iForgot service:

https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
