Adjust keyboard brightness option missing after updating MacBook Pro 13" 2019 to MacOS Monterey.

"Adjust keyboard brightness" option missing from the System Preferences> Keyboard settings after updating MacBook Pro 13" 2019 to MacOS Monterey.

Touch Bar option not working.

Backlight only works on logging in.

After inputting pin, keyboard backlight switches off.

How can I get the keyboard backlight to work?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3

The Keyboard brightness slider is there in the Control Centre.

I have tried using it but it is not working either.

I reinstalled the MacOS Monterey but no change still.

Use Control Center. See the following from Turn your Mac keyboard’s backlighting on or off - Apple Support

That option is still there on my MacBook Pro running Monterey 12.3.1.

Note that the slider doesn't appear until after you click Keyboard Brightness in Control Center.
