I can’t make phone calls on my new phone

My old phone can only make and receive calls when I have setup my new phone. What do I need to do?

Have you moved the active service SIM card from your old phone to your new iPhone? If not then please do so. This will move the active cellular service to the new iPhone so that you can make and receive phone calls.
