My account has been disabled in I tunes and apple

My account says It’s been disabled every time I try downloading app I think my son did something

If your account has been disabled for security reasons:

Then, you need to reset your Apple ID password.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 
