Chatting with Apple:

Perform a chat session with Apple Support. Keep selecting items, until you get the option to chat.

Setting Up the Chat Session:

1. Go to: support.apple.com
2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
3. Select: Get Support
4. Proceed from there as Necessary

Whether or not live chat is available depends on things like time of day, and customer service workload. If you don't see it as an option, try back in a couple of hours.
