Apple Support screen sharing on my iPhone during a telephone help call

Hi, The Apple Support person asked me to allow him to share my screen during the help session, and before we ended the conversation , he told me that he ended the sharing ( and I cant see the red cursor arrow on my screen which he was moving around during our conversation to help guide me through the actions needed). As the help session has ended now, how do I know for certain that the screen sharing is no longer active ( i.e. that no one can be spying on my screen and any data that I input)?

Thanks muguy for your kind answer. I must admit I had not noticed if a red bar appeared across the top of the screen during the screen share period, I was only concentrating on following the moving red cursor and the instructions from the Apple Support technician.
