Audiobooks will not play

Audiobooks will not play. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13. When I reloaded my LibriVox and loyal books apps no files will download nor will any files play. I have uninstalled the apps then reinstalled the apps with no change. I get no error messages only frozen apps that will not play the audio files. I have contacted the developers and they follow their instructions concerning deleting and reinstalling apps and files. Please advise.

Yes, this is on Apple. My Librivox and my daFit watch worked fine until the last update. I can't even download from the Librivox app anymore.

Contact the developers of the app.

Their is nothing we can do for you.

I’ve been in contact with the developers. The problem is on Apple’s side. The latest update broke it, so they should fix it.

The apps worked just fine until the last iPhone update. Then they stopped working. it’s on Apple’s side
