pending purchase

my purchase is pending and i didn't receive the in game items

i figured out that i had to update my billing information so i did but it is still pending

iPhone 13, iOS 15

Pending Purchases I’ve had a pending purchase for the game Genshin Impact for months now. At first I waited a few days for it to go through and when it didn’t I tried adding a card to my phone to pay it and that didn’t work. I may just be dumb but I have no idea what to do.
