hola, en el mes de Junio del año 202, realice un aumento de capacidad de Icloud con un valor de 2.000.- pesos chilenos, cargados a mi tarjeta de crédito.


No obstante los meses siguientes, se me han estado generando cobros excesivos de Apple, por un valor de hasta 50.000. pesos chilenos, todos cobros de Apple, por diferentes valores.


Quiero información de como iniciar un reclamo para eliminar esos cobros excesivos y obtener la devolución del dinero descontado de mi tarjeta de crédito de forma maliciosa.


esto puede corresponde a una estafa ya que yo cancelaba mi tarjeta sin darme cuenta de los cobros realizados por Apple hasta el día de hoy.
