I have just received an unrecognized payment on my credit card statement

Just received a deduction from my credit card to APPLE.COM/BILL and I don’t have any subscriptions, and no one else is using my credit card.


I am trying to contact support to no avail.

Try a Chat Session with Apple:

To contact Apple Support, try performing a chat session with Apple Support.

Setting Up the Chat Session:

  1. Go to: support.apple.com
  2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
  3. Select: Get Support
  4. Keep Selecting: items, until you get a chat option.
  5. Proceed from there as Necessary

Use a Computer for this:

Perform setting this up, using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so. You may have to wait a few hours, until Apple Removes you consistent unsuccessful activity. If you have a friend, then ask them to perform the chat session, seeing if Apple can call you.
