Second hand iPhone original owners doesn't has access to his Apple ID

This is a public user to user only forum. It's most unwise to post details such as IMEI number. I have asked the forum hosts to remove the personal information.

What you do, is give the phone back and get your money back if you paid for it. You cannot bypass Activation Lock and you are not the original buyer. Since whoever you purchased the iPhone from does not have the original purchase receipt, Apple won't help him either.

Provide the following links to the seller and if he is successful, the phone can be prepared properly for you to use. If he can't, it's a useless brick, which you'll never be able to use:

Again, if the seller is unsuccessful, get your money back.

If the phone is activation locked, there is nothing you can do.

The person who locked it has to remove the lock.
