My icloud storage is almost full. I have backed up my phone to my pc through Itunes. How do I clear the backup on my iphone?

Go to Settings->Account (top of settings)->iCloud->Manage Storage->Backups->(Select a backup)->Delete Backup to remove it from iCloud.
