For Apple's Aiport base stations and Time Machines, the Airport Utility tool is built into macOS. Just search for "Airport Utility" on the Mac.

For a third party gateway, you would need to look for it in the Mac App Store if there is one. Normally, you just log into the gateway's management portal as described in the gateway's user guide. There's no one universal way to access that as it depends on the manufacturer.
